I have personally spent years researching, spent tons on money on classes and books, and worked 1:1 in therapeutic settings with sensitives - and I have learned so much! I have distilled this information and compiled a variety of life-style tools that have proven effective for myself and so many others and I can't wait to share this information with you.

Science supports the fact that everything in the world has and is vibrational energy, even our thoughts, emotions, and words.
Working with and not against your vibrational energy is the key to living a happy and healthy life. It's easy, effective and in many ways transformational!
Many of the tips we will discuss are practiced by myself as a healer and healers all over the world, to personally help themselves balance AND to help others.
I don't believe in keeping my clients tied to me and dependent on me healing them, I prefer to empower my clients so they can easily do the work themselves which is how I became an educator as well as a healer!

I have always been a sensitive person, and have struggled with that sensitivity most of my life. People have always talked down to me and said I was being too sensitive and I should just stop. I have never known how to do that.
I always felt different, like I didn't fit in. Things in life would happen, I would be an anxious, crying mess and nothing seemed to help. I have been treated for anxiety and depression, but the meds they gave me just dulled my senses so I wasn't feeling at all. I found myself not being present for my husband and family and at some point thought I must be crazy.
